Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec ma manette, encore sous garantie, et lorsque je vais dans mon compte pour demander un envoi au sav pour un echange, j'arrive donc la fin de la procedure (valider le paiment de l'envoi du produit) j'ai cette erreur qui m'affiche PUR-UnknownInternalFailure y5vWFdXJTE+B7mmh.27

Je ne sais pas comment y remedier cela. Merci d'avance

I have a problem with my controller, still under warranty, and when I go to my account to request a shipment to the service for an exchange, I arrive at the end of the procedure (validate the payment of the shipment of the product) I have this error which displays PUR-UnknownInternalFailure y5vWFdXJTE+B7mmh.27

I don't know how to fix this. Thank you in advance for your help.

Having the same issue trying to send in my Series X for repair... tried multiple different browsers, computers, etc. Assume it's on their server end but would really love to be able to get my repair in

Thank you for your reply. I've been trying to send my controller back to the service department for repair but at the end of the procedure it gives me this error and asks me to try again later, I've done it at least ten times

That's a weird one I haven't seen, but I would suggest getting a new controller to fix all of those problems the easiest and fastest way possible.
