    Hi guys, I bought an Xbox live gold 12-month sub and get this error whenever I try to redeem it. I contacted the seller who stated the code had been checked and was working ok! I'd contact Microsoft support but if they have a live chat it's well hidden.

    Thank you for your reply. I've been trying to send my controller back to the service department for repair but at the end of the procedure it gives me this error and asks me to try again later, I've done it at least ten times
