I Have been trying to purchase some v-bucks on my xbox, but every time i click buy it come up with a screen saying

Contact Your payment provider

They aren't approving this transaction.

but i dont know why this is because there is a lot of money in the bank account

Hi, I figured out why transaction was not successful. Its not because of browser.

The main reason was international transaction limit of my debit card was set to 0. I increased limit and after it transaction worked.

Hello Mr, hev you tried to purchase the subscription by another browser, or even by another internet network.

If you're using Chrome, and you can't make the purchase, try Edge or another browser like Opera.

In some cases the system only accepts credit cards PayPal, also check with your bank if the card is enabled for online purchases.

Hi, sorry to hear that's happening. Before contacting either Xbox Support or your bank, I'd make sure to check the following:

-Make sure that your
payment information is correct and up to date, with your preferred payment method designated as such in case you have more than one payment method on file.

-Make sure that you don't have any alerts on your
Services and Subscriptions page that might be holding up other transactions on your account from going through.

If both of those look up to date and you need to contact an official Xbox Support rep for additional support, I would recommend doing so from the

official Xbox Support contact page as only the official representatives can provide direct assistance with account/billing-related issues such as this one. Hope this helps!

It could be a problem with your credit card or whatever kind of thing your using to buy them sometimes it can take 24 hours max for something to show up in your account i dont recommend pressing it over and over because it could just take awhile if you
still dont it them i would contact support and ask them and ask your bank a quick question have you been getting emails saying thank you for your mircrosoft purchase #*************** if yes look threw the support options and try to get a refund it not a promise
you will if not ask your bank to remburse you.
