    hi, i am unable to purchase the Marvel Ultimate Alliance Bundle on xboxone from microsoft online store. It says there is a region problem. i live in singapore and i am trying to buy the game from singapore. i am very much interested in making this
    purchase. i haven't had problems with cross regions before so i am just checking if this bundle or this game is really only available for certain regions and not available in mine. If that is the case, will it be available in the future? the specific message
    is: "The region for your payment method and your Windows region don't match. The simplest way to fix it is to use a payment method from your Windows region. Or, change your Windows region. Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & Language. Note: If you

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you experiencing this issue on your Xbox One console or on the Xbox.com Store? If you are attempting purchases on your console, could you please try making a purchase on the Xbox.com store? Or do you have another Xbox One
    console available to you that you could try making purchases on? If so, but you still receive an error code (resembling XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000), please provide us with that code so we can investigate further.

    Sorry to hear it. If you live in Singapore but your tag is set for a different country then that is what could be causing the issue.

    Just to note I´ve been having the same issue with my payment attempts, both VISA and paypal accounts. Neither XBOX store, XBOX apps store (windows 10) or XBOX store online work any more.

    Do you mean you live in ukraine ? In which case the reason why you are getting that error is because ukraine isnt an xbox live region
