    My original account is from the US, but ive moved to argentina. I bought a new xbox one x a month ago and have tried aeverything i can think of but am still unable to buy games or add-ons.

    The xbox and my account are both set to argentina. My argentine and us cards both say works in argentina, my console is set in spanish and yet it comes up woth thw crossregion error.

    Has anyone figured out how to solve this error?

    Ok i changed my account in the sertings in microsoft. Logged into xbox.com but didnt notice a drop down menu to select argentina. I recieved and email that said my xbox live account was set to argentina but the cross region error still comes up :( am i
    missing something?

    So i changed the region of my microsoft account. Signed into the xbox store, but i didnt recieve any notification. However i did recieve an email that stated the region has been changed. My xbox is still coded to argentina.

    however still no luck. Could it be because my subscriptions are from the us still?

    Ok, ive migrated my account but its still not working. Ill restart and then try on my computer too. I hope it works.

    Codes and currency do not transfer between regions

    So using a us code wont work in argentina account
