But when I add credit card money charged, and it didn't return.
Bank support said that you send wrong CVV.
I try buy Xbox Live Gold via console and web site.

Everything with my bank is fine, I have been trying to use a prepaid American Express Credit Card that I got specifically for buying things on the Xbox One
(For 3 days now). The card has about around $500 on it and I'm trying to buy a $30 Add-On for For Honor, but it keeps popping up with, "Use a different way to pay - We couldn't get authorization
for this purchase. IF you have questions, contact your payment provider.".

I have never once had this issue before with this card, I used it to Auto-Renew my Gold subscriptions, and buy multiple games and Add-Ons for said games. I turned Auto-Renew off, deleted the card off of my Xbox one entirely, all of the accounts that had
it don't anymore, and put it back on one account, didn't fix a thing
(MORE THAN 4 TIMES NOW!).

----> How can I fix this? <---- I have literally sat here for more than 3 hours, scanning the internet on so many websites I've never been on before to see if anyone can give me an
answer. I contacted everyone and they said everything is fine and they do not know why it is not going through. It is all the same thing, Contact Your Financial Institution/Payment Provider, Use a Different Payment Option, or wait 24-48 hours. All I have done
before. I checked to see if it was the card itself that is not cooperating with Xbox One, but it is not that either.

This is a Note (Optional Read): I have had this same exact Xbox One for 2 years now, then bought another one and the amount of problems I have faced are 12x that of the PS3, PS4, and Xbox 360 combined, on both of them, and the same issues. Some of the issues
I have had since day one (With Parties Especially.), and they haven't gotten better, if not they got worse. I have tried to stick with the Xbox One for as long as I can, but the issues are getting
so bad that I wholeheartedly can't deal with them for much longer. I am not trying to insult Microsoft in anyway, but the console is just flat out not a good one. If I can suggest which console to buy,
(If you have the option to buy a PC then PLEASE BUY IT!!!!!) get the PS4. I have had maybe one or 2 issues that was easily fixed, or just downright unoticeable at times for the year I've owned
it, when a lot of the issues with the Xbox One were game breaking, or impossible to fix. (The issues with connections to multiplayer games are the worst, my PS4 does not exhibit the same issues.)
