    I simply can't add any itens or visualize my cart on Microsoft Store whatever device or app I use to access it.

    Always the same error: "PUR-OrderLocked"

    It seems to be a problem on Microsoft Server's side, and it's been lingering for months.

    I already talked with support on phone, still no help.

    Could anybody help on this matter?

    for an issue like this you may have to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Chat) via
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Since it could be an account and billing specific issue for you.

    Xbox Support should be able to look into the issue and hopefully help you sort the issue.

    PUR-OrderLocked When Entering Xbox Live Code

    See the details on how you change the family settings/blocked family user:

    1. Log in to account.microsoft.com

    2. Select "Privacy"

    3. Scroll down to "other privacy settings" and select "xbox privacy and online safety".

    4. Select the tab for "xbox/windows online safety

    5. Look for Buy and Download

    6. Change from Only Free to anything.
