Punkteverlust

Ich musste Microsoft Jigsaw neu herunter laden weil das Programm nicht ehr richtig lief. Meine ganzen Punkte und alle gelösten Herausforderungen, unter anderem auch der vorherigen Jahre und Monate sind seitdem verschwunden. Bis auf Island, das habe ich auch
jetzt komplett, hatte ich alle herunterladbaren Kollektionen gelöst. Ich hatte auch schon über 1,2 Millionen Punkte. Wo ist das alles hin?
