Punished for "misconduct" on XBOX ONE?

Hello, the AleOfDuty account was punished for "misconduct", on XBOX ONE.

Needless public conversations, not lack respect.

No cheating in games, there is no possibility to do on xbox one.

We do not understand, what is happening.

Please help.

You will have to chalk this up as a learning experience. You can also report the player for misconduct (which you should for this sort of behavior), but you're not going to get your items back.

VoteDC is correct.

The PET (enforcement team) do not monitor these sections. You would need to post in the section that VoteDC has put forward. Alternatively you will have been sent an email by the PET to the address that is tied to the account in question.

You're concern is very legitimate and the staff at Xbox appreciates your feedback. Although this is no total excuse, there are many reports of misconduct sent in every day so it is practically impossible to review every single one sent in. Of course, misconduct
is an issue that the staff at Xbox care about and the goal is to make our community the best it can be.

One word of advise which you may already do is to never retaliate when someone insults you. Simply report the misconduct under its respective category and maybe add a comment to explain a bit more.

Again, your feedback is important and the staff at Xbox as well as us ambassadors will continue to take steps to improve the Xbox community.

Reporting does punish problem players, but it doesn't happen immediately.

Do not "tell off" other players you have problems with, as this can potentially backfire on you for violating the Code of Conduct if your conversation is reviewed by Enforcement. Aggressive messages are a valid report.

The best way to handle misconduct is to report, mute, and block. Do not engage.
