Sorry for the issue with the game. Did you get with support and have an open case with them? In cases like this it takes time as they need to figure out why it revoked the license. So it doesn't happen to you in the future, and/or happen to others. If you
do have a case with support follow up with them in the emails.

thats not the point I'm getting at why set unreal time frame i work as a photographer i wouldn't tell a custom that the shoot would only take 3 days when really would take 5 days as you are aware been in customer service the golden rule is to never over
promise a custom surely you know that. and it was division 2 which was out on the 12th of march do you guys get paid for all the ambassador stuff ????

i don't really care if its frowned upon brad i frown upon poor custom support not keeping to there dead lines if i said 24 to 48 hours with a update to a custom i would make sure that it was kept to not even if its with a email saying there need more time
