Discus and support punchcard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i purchased resident evil 7 before it came out and still did not get a credit for the three punchcard for 15000. please reply back to me after checking...     Preorder punchcard

    I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

    All of the eligible games for the current punchcard have already been released. You'll have to wait for a new punchcard to be offered.

    That's an issue they're looking into, but you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to make sure you get the credits.

    No. With punchcards, the purchases will only count if you make the purchase after the punchcard becomes available.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.

    If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, it won't count. The purchase only counts after you activate the punchcard.

    Yes. In order to qualify, you have to purchase the game after the punchcard becomes available and after activating the punchcard.

    This punchcard requires the purchases be $4 or more, so the purchase you are describing would not count towards the completion of the punchcard.
