Punchcard not updating

Discus and support Punchcard not updating in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I bought Halo Wars 2 about a month ago and it hasn't counted toward my punchcard.     I bought Halo Wars 2 about a month ago and it hasn't counted toward my punchcard. I want to know how to fix that, or if I might have done something wrong.

    Hello hisnameisfrank,

    Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since only your purchase of STEEP was made within the offer period, it was the only purchase that received a punch.

    Hello Da Frame Guy,

    Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since you purchased Halo Wards 2 before the current Games on Demand offer period, it was not eligible for that offer. It was a part of the December "Rewards Story" offer, but you did
    not complete that offer.
