Punchcard not updating

I preordered 3 featured games including skyrim, dead rising 4, and steep from the digital store, but have only received one punch. All games have released, but my punchcard didn't update. Last game released over two weeks ago. Help! I want those 15,000 points!

Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since only your purchase of STEEP was made within the offer period, it was the only purchase that received a punch.

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2016 00:01 UTC and December 31, 2016 23:59 UTC.
Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.comor another world time database to determine local time.

Since your purchase of Skyrim and Dead Rising were not within the offer period, they were not eligible for this offer.

Hi Steamy Wookie. It takes about 96 hours for punchcards to update. Since your purchase was made on the 16th, it has not yet processed through. Your punchcard will update soon. Thanks for your patience.
