    Punchcard Issue


    I preordered Sea of Thieves and Kingdom Come Deliverance very far in advance and I just preordered FarCry5. Why is nothing punched on my punchcard? I should be getting the 15000 rewards credits 96 hours after FarCry5 comes out because thats the third game
    Ive gotten from the list right?

    Basically I pre ordered 3 titles (South Park, Assassins Creed Origins and CoD WW2) as part of the 15,000 credit punchcard and only 2 are showing up...I've just been on the phone to support and they confirmed I pre ordered all 3! I wouldn't normally have
    an issue but I've spent a fortune on the various editions for these games and hoped to use the points during the sale.

    Any help would be awesome.

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only two of your pre-orders where made while the offer was available, you have not yet completed the offer. Pre-orders made
    before the offer existed are not eligible for this offer.

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
    each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit     http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time

    Darth Fat Boy. A punch was awarded for Sea of Thieves and we do see your Far Cry 5 purchase. Since that was made on March 26, it needs 96 hours to process through the system. Since your Kingdom Come: Deliverance purchase was a bundle, it did not register
    in the offer. We'll make some adjustments and once Far Cry 5 processes through, the Credits will be awarded.

    Same here I think that its utterly crazy I am sure that they change the rule to sort themselves and when we ask why we get either no response or a touch luck response. I have preordered as well and have had no luck sorting this out either and I am sure I'm
