Punchcard FREE RIDE

Hello. I'm taking part in the FREE Ride mission in Live Rewards. I played Gwent, Marvel Heroes Omega and Gems of Wars for more than 5 hours each, but on punchcard it only shows that I played only 2 games. Which of these games is not participating in
the mission since you did not list the participating games?

Missing rewards

I completed all of the FrankRewards days ago but only Mix and Match shows as completed.

I completed 2 of the punches for FREE Ride in Freedom Rewards, but none of them appear.

Also I completed all 3 punches for the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard but none of them appear.

We only start tracking for the FREE Ride offer once you opt in. Therefore, only time spent playing in free to play games since you registered on the 16th would be eligible. Once you play five or more hours in a game, a punch will be awarded on the punchcard
for this offer on the FREEdom Rewards page. Once all punches are filled, the offer will be completed.

We use the titles from the Xbox free to play page (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/free-to-play). Since Fortnite has not yet been listed there, we have not tracked that game time. Apologies for

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified a potential issue with the FREEdom Rewards recurring offers (FREE Pass, 1, 2, FREE, and FREE Ride), and are deploying a hotfix. An issue may have arose in this month's iteration of those offers due to a
disruption of data we experienced earlier this month. When we can confirm that this offer is working again, we will update this thread. Note that the other two recurring offers are also being affected, so if you have recently tried to participate in those
offers, they may be delayed as well.
