    I have purchased add-on content for Crossout and the punchcard has not updated. As you can see. I have purchased add-ons for three games

    Hello hisnameisfrank,

    Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since only your purchase of STEEP was made within the offer period, it was the only purchase that received a punch.

    Punchcard for Add-on Puchased not Updating

    Hello Hellspawn Death,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our purchase data source that is in the process of being resolved. This issue has caused our purchase data to be delayed starting with purchases made after the 22nd. We see that your Crossout
    purchases were made after the 22nd, so we have not received these purchases yet, only your Warframe purchase. This is why your FREE Pass completed, but your 1, 2, FREE offer did not get a second punch for purchases from two different games. Once this issue
    is fully resolved, and we caught up on purchases, you should see the offer progress as expected. Our other team has recently informed us that this issue should be resolved shortly. Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
