Punchcard and 6,000 reward not showing

Good Afternoon,

I have pre - ordered 3 games that were on the punchcard between Jan - March the last being south park gold edition that was ordered 3-4 days ago. My question is I have since found out that this game has been delayed but is still showing release date 31-03-2017.

a) will this effect my 15k rewards being delayed

b) if xbox are aware it has been delayed why is still showing release date 31-03?

Also the purchase of £70.99 does not seem to have been counted towards the 6,000 rewards for spending a set amount in March ?

As you can imagine 21k points is a far whack to not know what is going to happen too , please advise as to when I should expect these?

Mass Effect Pre Order not recognized

I pre ordered Mass Effect Andromeda on Jan 9th and it still is not showing in the XBOX Rewards punchcard

Support will double check your purchases but keep in mind that purchases can only be eligible for 1 offer at a time. So Ghost Recons would not count towards both the punchcard and the 6,000 credit offer. So if it went towards your punchcard, you would need
another purchase for the 6,000 credit offer.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process and receive new information. This is referenced in the Simply Rewarding FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

So your purchase on the 21st has not yet been processed. We have already put in a fix for the delay of South Park, and your 15k from Games on Demand will not be delayed. Our web team has not yet updated the release date for that title, and is still showing
the previously announced release date.

It depends on which offer you're looking for credits from.

There is the "Simply Rewarding" offer which should award 6,000 credits after you make $60 worth of purchases this month. As long as you opted into that offer, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you completed your purchase.

Otherwise, there is the games on demand punchcard offer. If the game is eligible for that offer, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.

If you're asking about the games on demand punchcard, as long as you preordered on or after July 1, it would count as a punch. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

If you're asking about Microsoft Rewards Destiny offer for 6,000 points, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

There's an issue at the moment where the rewards punchcard isn't showing for everyone.

They are aware of it & working on a fix so just keep checking either the rewards app on your console or phone.
