    Hello,

    I wonder if the pre-order acquisition of only one "punchard" game will allow me to receive rewards? I realized that there are 15,000, dividing this by 3 games would give 5,000 for each game, but I do not know if in practice this is how it works.

    PS: I want to buy only the "Monster Hunter World" but I want to know if I buy it I receive any reward.

    I preordered Far Cry 5 (on the 25th) 2 days before it was released (on the 27th) so I would complete my pre order punchcard for 15,000 reward credits and it didn't even register that I preordered the game for the punchard, I am rather
    upset about this and would like my 15,000 reward credits

    No. In order to receice the credits, you have to complete the offer by preordering 3 games.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    —How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
    its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you have only purchased one eligible title during the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.

    Currently the only offer for preorders is the games on demand punchard. Neither of those games are eligible for that offer and preorders do not count towards VIP.

    punchcards have to be activated and completed within a certain timeframe and the dates given, there have been a few issues with punchards , but if the card was completed in the correct timeframe then the points will be added, you can head over to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/cf50b787-a987-a7ff-133c-6c4e3f638013
    and submit a claim , they will check when the game was purchased and if the card was activated in time, they will also be able to check if there are any errors currently with punchards.
