Punchard not working properly

I purchased Star Wars BattleFront 2, Call of Duty WW2, and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, my Punchcard has registered the one for BF2, but Cod and Wolfenstein have not shown up yet. and it has been more than 96 hours for all 3 purchases. Wolfenstein has
recently released. When will my punches be accepted and will I get the 15,000 points?

not working properly

hi im havin a problem playing online with my friends... every time im tryin to join there server or they join my server it says server full or unavailable

can someone helps me pls!!!!

my 15,000 points came through today. Thank you to whichever XBLR person fixed my first issue. Hopefully I get an answer about my starcard sometime next week

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

Since your purchase was only made on the 24th, we did not receive and process that information until the 27th.

Since you have only purchased one eligible title during the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.

Currently the only offer for preorders is the games on demand punchard. Neither of those games are eligible for that offer and preorders do not count towards VIP.

punchcards have to be activated and completed within a certain timeframe and the dates given, there have been a few issues with punchards , but if the card was completed in the correct timeframe then the points will be added, you can head over to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/cf50b787-a987-a7ff-133c-6c4e3f638013
and submit a claim , they will check when the game was purchased and if the card was activated in time, they will also be able to check if there are any errors currently with punchards.
