Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm still checking the account here but I do see the 3 games here, all games were pre ordered successfully and their licenses have been applied to the account. This should have gave you the rewards points.

But since it didn't, it would be best to reach our rewards team directly about this, so they can sort it out for you. Let me get the link where you can reach them.

I purchased Halo Wars two last year which is what I think the problem was, which is silly because I could have canceled it and repurchased it in January, thus ending in the same effect.

I purchased Mass Effect and Ghost Recon in January.

All three games as said by Microsoft Answer Tech William U above were "pre ordered successfully and their licenses have been applied to the account."

Yet I'm still waiting on rewards. Thanks in advance.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.

 

You would want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you, but if you preordered Halo Wars 2 before January 1 it would not have been eligible. All games have to be purchased during the offer period.

 

Technically, it would be purchased in the offer period. Because if it was a pre order, I could cancel at any time prior to release. So D/Qing me from this would be bogus.. might as well buy my games on Amazon and give them my money instead of just solely
Microsoft via the digital marketplace.
