Punch It Up - Pre-orders help

Hello!

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 - Ultimate Edition to be able to play Halo Wars Definitive last month and realised it is part of the 15,000 credit promotion for pre-ordering three titles.

Will this include my pre-order made in December or did it need to be made from January onward, will this get updated eventually on my rewards account?

Pre order punch card

Hello, I made 3 pre orders for the punch card, but only got credit for 1. All the games show up as pre ordered at the bottom. Please help, it has been well over 96 hours.

In order to qualify, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. So it would not be included since you preordered it before January 1.

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was in December, it was not within the offer period (the current Games on Demand started in January) and will not award a punch.

It would be nice if they included pre-orders. At least lately, they moved up the dates for punch cards.

Since your purchase was made on the release date for Final Fantasy, it did not award a punch. Since your purchase was close to the release date, we will manually award a punch, but please note that only pre-orders are eligible for this offer. Currently,
the webpage is only set up to display your purchases of standard editions of games, which is why your Dead Rising purchase awarded a punch but is not marked as pre-ordered. Your purchase of Final Fantasy is not marked as pre-ordered for similar reasons.
