    Punch Card


    I recently have pre-ordered three games for the punchcard on Xbox rewards I pre-ordered DBZ ,Titan fall 2, and call of duty before it released. I was wondering when I get those points in it also I am wondering why am not a VIP member when I applied for it.

    I did the punch card rewards for 15,000 which ended on da 31 of dec 2016. I bought resident evil 7 on dec 31st 2016 but it says I didn't. so I was making sure I got the 15,000 with da 3 games I bought. is there anyway u could tell me?

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that since Resident Evil is released after that punchcard ended, it would not complete that punchcard until after its release later this month.

    Support will double check on your purchases, but keep in mind that it should take about 96 hours for punches to show after making the purchases and then 96 hours for the credits to show after you complete the last punch.

    VIP is not something you have to sign up for. VIP levels are based on how much you spend on eligible purchases in the store. So it would depend on how much you've spent since September 1, 2015 (or from whenever you signed up for the program if you signed
    up after). You can see how much you need to spend for each level at
    http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions     Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders are not eligible for VIP. Support can also check your progress.

    It has told me many times to to join VIP since I've been a member for several years. I always buy digital games but it seems that I guess I don't spend enough

    Regarding your VIP status, that button is just a prompt to go to the VIP page to opt in to those offers. For non-VIP members, they would see a button on that page to opt in to that promotion. However, since you have already opted in, that button does not
    appear, since you are already in the program.

    Rewards: Outer Worlds DLC points not with Season Pass?

    I bought the expansion pass via the punch card after it was live and it hasn't counted that either. I'm also hearing issues where the individual DLC was purchased and the punch card isn't updating either.
    Same here - I can't get it to complete the punch card.

    Any ideas Microsoft?

    You would need to contact Rewards support and ask them to look into it and hope they manually credit you. A lot of people have been having issues with this punch card....generally punch cards are very hit and miss as to whether they track

    I am presuming that you clicked the punch card first before making the purchases?

    Keep in mind it takes upto 48hours before punch cards are punched fyi as per the gamepass rewards
