Punch Card Promotions

I have not been getting credit for recent and current punch card promotions, I have 3 preordered games that are required for the current 15,000 points but I am not getting credit for them. I had preordered Shadows of War, Assassins Creed and Battlefront
2, which all 3 are what should have qualified me to receive the 15,000 points. This is the second post and countless emails with support giving me the run around.

Specifically XBLRewards3, who said "Hi . The current Games on Demand punchcard began October 1. Since your purchases of Shadows of War and Battlefront 2 were made prior to the offer period, they do not count towards it. You
currently have a punch for Assassin's Creed origins."

Which makes no sense, why would anyone buy 3 AAA games at one time. You can't achieve these goals without the right "Support".

How about, thanks for buying games through the microsoft store. Do I get points for the $500 Xbox One X I bought, or should I keep my preorder through Amazon and cancel the MS order?

Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

Hi MUDGATTOR. The current Games on Demand offer is running from October 1 to December 31. You have between that time to pre-order three qualifying titles. We had a past iteration of the same offer that ran from July 1 to September 30. We will pass your feedback
