punch card promo for december 2016

I previously contacted regarding the 1500 points I never received for the pre order punch card promotion that ended on 12/31/2016 . I received this message from xbox live rewards support about a week ago

( We have reviewed your account, and confirmed you should have completed the offer. After researching your purchase information, we have determined the cause for why you have not completed this offer automatically. Our platform team is now working on a hotfix
for this issue, and we will update this thread when we can confirm that this fix has been deployed and you have been rewarded accordingly. Apologies for the inconvenience ) ... I dont see that anything has been fixed or credited to my account can you please
advise on a time frame on when I will be able to use the promotion points I was supposed to have earned by completing the promotions requirements

Pre-Order-Games / Punch Card Oct 2016 - Dec 2016

I pre-orderd Resident Evil 7 at the 18. December 2016. Now the game is released since a week and I didn't get the points for the last Pre-Order-Games Punch Card.

hi back in december 2016 there was a pre order puch card promotion that stated I would get a $ 15 credit once I pre ordered 3 qualifying title one of the titles was resident evil 7 . I purchased all my game within that promotions time frame but I am concerened
that I will not get the credit since the funds for that preorder resident evil 7 was just recently taken out . can you please review my account and verify that I will still be getting my promotional credit once resident evil is released

You do not see anything because no fix has been deployed yet. As mentioned, we will update your thread when the fix becomes available. At the current time, we do not have a time frame for the hotfix from our platform team.
