Punch card problems

    Punch card problems


    I have preorded more than 3 games required on the punch card and none have shown up as punched why is this ?

    Venture through the Bad Lands

    Has anyone been having problems with the venture through the bad lands punch card? None of my progress has been showing up .

    Same here. At least 5 logins not credited so far, and I hit +270 gamer score a couple of days ago. It's disappointing that the punch cards aren't being updated.

    As above the Rewards Team are the only ones that can help.

    The problem is that you didn't activate the Punch Card before purchase as it says on the punch card..therefore the system wouldn't register the purchase properly.

    Exactly the same problem happened to me. The 6000 points punch card for buying the M.E.L.E game did not work and had to solve the problem via customer service which took one week. Now the same problem with the 250 points punch card. I can't get them because I can't activate it. So frustrating!! Please Microsoft solve this issue asap.

    I had the same problem. I bought on sunday three games for me and two games as a gift for my brother. Me 34€ and for my brother 11€. Total 45€. Today i just saw 34/35€ on my punch card. Counts gift also for the punch card?

    Gears 5 Operation 4 Punch card not working

    I have the same problem as well.

    I completed the 1st and 3rd part of the punch card but the 2nd one is not acknowledging achievements.

    I completed 3 achievements in Gears 5 & non counted toward the punch card.

    IDK if it is bugged or we're doing something wrong, but please look into this matter and fix it.
