    Punch Card not Updated


    I pre-ordered 3 of the games that are on the punch card, but my card is not updated.

    Monster Hunter World, Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet, and recently Far Cry 5.

    Hi ootmian. Looks like your Battlefront 2 purchase didn't get applied to the punchcard. We're making some adjustments on our end and you'll see the Credits by the end of the week. Sorry for the trouble!

    Pre-order punch card not updated

    On 10 October I pre-ordered wolfenstein 2, battlefront 2 and Assassin's Creed Origins.

    Only 2 of the 3 punches have appeared.

    Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for punches to show after you preorder a game. Since it hasn't been 96 hours since you preordered Far Cry, it would be too soon to see it updated.

    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    Since it has not been 96 hours since your last purchase, we have not yet received and fully processed that information.

    Rewards: Outer Worlds DLC points not with Season Pass?

    I bought the expansion pass via the punch card after it was live and it hasn't counted that either. I'm also hearing issues where the individual DLC was purchased and the punch card isn't updating either.
    Same here - I can't get it to complete the punch card.

    Any ideas Microsoft?

    Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for the punches to show after making a preorder. Since the offer just started yesterday, it would be too early to see any punches. If you preordered before January 1, it would not be eligible.
