Punch card not registering last title pre ordered

Per the terms of the promotion that will not process until 96 hours after the game is released around January 24th, 2017.

The first one I was curious about is the pre order punch card. Does that only go into effect once you pre order three titles? or will you see the progress of pre orders. Because I have two games pre ordered at the moment

And then my other purchases I guess are irrelevant in this case

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

Since none of your purchases were within the offer period for the current Games on Demand offer, they were not eligible for that offer. Furthermore, we do not see a digital purchase of Titanfall 2. If you just pre-ordered that title, please keep in mind
that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed.

has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, there should be no issue with progressing your offer due
