Punch Card Mission Pending Rewards Disappeared?

Hello!

I completed last month's Punch Card mission and it even showed pending 15000 credits and the VIP gems but now that the month has rolled over all of that has disappeared and I don't even have anything in my pending credits report?

Can someone please take a look at this and let me know what's going on with it?

I'd like to get the credits before the XBL Rewards program is converted.

How long does it take rewards to update?

Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.

Oh and the other question was how do I confirm that the game I'm pre-ordering is the digital version? Is there a way to tell?

 

Under where it says "Pending Credits" click View Statement. From there you can view all of your credits from the past few months or your total lifetime credits. Check there to see if it shows the credits as being deposited. If it does, you can verify the
deposit by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Yeah just double checked again this morning, I do not have any pending credits still... they showed last month but disappeared this month.

As Smwutches says, you can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You will not find these Games on Demand Credits anywhere on a pending statement as they are not pending. As it shows on your MyStatement, those were placed as pending on February 2nd and were a
part of your February 21st deposit.
