Puchcard not given reward

Hi i have pre ordered 3 game skyrim deadrising 4 and dishonored 2 the puchcard is showing only 2 but not my 3rd one and offer is coming to an end

Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.
