Puchasing Halo Credits

I purchased Halo Credits in Microsoft store on my PC but it's not showing up in game. I want to buy Battlepass but I can't. Please help. Tried restarting the game many times.

It can take up to 24 hours for you to see the balance reflected in your account, these steps can also help you.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

If after 24 hours you haven't received the coins, make sure you made the purchase with the same account you use in-game. Sometimes you may be logged into another account in the Microsoft Store app on your Windows. If you purchased with the correct account, please contact Halo support to add the credits to your account.

Can i puchased a free game even if i have no credit card plz

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if the puchases were made in August, you should see those credits over the next few days. If you made the purchase in September, you should see the credits
pending in October.

You can check your current balance at
https://commerce.microsoft.com.

The option to use your MS account as a payment option will only be available if you have enough credit to purchase the content. Otherwise, when you confirm the puchase with the credit card, it will give you the option to use the credit and pay the difference
(if you choose not to use the credit, the full amount will be charged to your card).

Seems like Microsoft either dont really care or have no idea what the reason is.

Strange thing is that this weeks "Deal of the Week" has 4 entries :

Bulletstorm : Works, Im able to puchase it

Blood Symphony : Works, Im able to puchase it

Big Destructive Action : DONT work, get the above error

Splinter Cell Conviction : Works, Im able to puchase it
