public insider #4 system update issues.

Hi, I'm a preview member and my xbox is having trouble downloading the 459MB update. I called xbox support and we tried a factory reset three times and still my xbox won't download 459MB update. We tried wireless, wired and still it can't download the update.
We tried a offline update and still it doesn't work, It keeps saying try again. The xbox support team said it has to do with the preview program update and they can't help me....Can you please help me get online...

There is a fix currently in testing in the Insider Program. No word on when it will make public release but be assured Microsoft is finally aware of the issue. The fix should be implemented with a system update an not a gane update.

Which update are you talking about ?

Insiders or offical public updates

If insiders you do REALIZE you are signing up for a alpha right? We are meant to test bugs in the system

If and ONLY if you are in insiders remove yourself from the program then turn off your console then aUpdate

This puts you in the public update

After which reenroll and you will rejion instantly with the new update

If public its simple do a soft reset

And make more space

Or do a factory and then update or do the offline update tool

Offline update tool.will not work with insiders

And if you cant get to.dashboard

On insiders remember dont update

Then use a windows 10.machine and download the insiders app then remove yourself.snd.repeat the proccess to do a normal.reset

If you left Insider because the console had a problem, you won't be able to use it for a while, until microsoft updates the system and your insider update becomes public what do you mean by that?.

First the update was a public update or do you have your console under Insider System Preview?

If was a public update, try to
Factory Reset your console.

If you have your console under Insider System Preview you need to go to their
official reddit.
