why would Microsoft aloud Blue Hole studios to release their game Pubg, on console when it’s clearly not even half finished. I’d like a refund for my money.

Bought Xbox One X too early

I bought my Xbox One X two days too early for the pubg deal.

Is it still possible to get Pubg for the Xbox?

 

That's why it's in Game Preview and not a full released game.

To be honest you could've known that before buying, it's a pre-release for a reason.

 

I couldn't agree with you more Joe! PUBG is quite buggy and definitely can be a pain in the neck but it does clearly mention that it is a Game Preview

Anyways, as others have suggested, feel free to contact Microsoft Support and they'll help you out. Otherwise, I'd suggest, give it some time and it'll be worth it in the end.

 

PUBG has been released into the PREVIEW PROGRAM, this is a program were you can access the game whilst it is in development.

When you run the game, it even warns you that it is unfinished and in preview.

The Preview Program has been created to allow these games to be released in these states to help the development of the game. They are not the finished article so to speak.

Now how they behave whilst in this program is another matter though.

 

It's why people should be cautious about buying games in a preview stage. It's cra cra.
