Hello All,

I would like to question why are Xbox one x consoles being shipped with a free PUBG game? When I pre-ordered Project Scorpio edition and picked up at Midnight with no additional games. Could I please get an explanation why this is? & why existing Xbox one
X owners are being penalised? Thank you

Bought Xbox One X too early

I bought my Xbox One X two days too early for the pubg deal.

Is it still possible to get Pubg for the Xbox?

 

This is probably due to holiday promotions.

I must admit.. Doing this a month after release feels a bit harsh for day one adopters.

 

This is incredibly rude! Early adopters are being punished for not waiting to purchase their x1x (even tho there weren't any new games out with it). I get they want to bring in new customers but turning their back on the people that bought their xbox one
x is only going to annoy xbox fans. Surely the xbox team have learnt that from their previous mistakes and should take care of their fans but it seems they haven't!

 

couldn’t agree more. I remember buying the original Xbox when it first arrived they dropped the price dramatically in the first few weeks, to be fair to Microsoft they handed out a voucher for 3 new games of my choice. But this is harsh

 

Again Joeeven 5 I feel ripped off & couldn’t agree more, also because I had already used my 2 week free trial on Game pass on my S I couldn’t use my month pass that came free with the X! & in know way does it say this anywhere on the box. Hopefully Microsoft
will come back with an answer shortly.

 

New bundles come out all of the time. It's nothing new. Are they supposed to send everyone else who already purchased the console the same stuff?

 

How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.

There is a common saying, good things come to those who wait.

Thia is often true, at the very least it allows one to make choices that they previously did not have or know about.

Like with most thing there are risks to being an early adopter, one could argue that that number of xb1x preorders and early adopters may be the cause for lack of sales and deals on the system. As far pointa for the system i feel that is a vaild point and
would not be surprised if they initialize a method to (registering devices) to give those who were previously not given points the points they should have earned and maybe a bonus as early adopters.

Microsoft should have a preorder/day 1 bonus for things like this
