PUBG XboxONE can not start

hey guys

please help me. i try to play pubg on xbox one. but the system ist not working since 8 hours.

i restarted the consoe

i disconnectet it from electricity

i booted system comple, 2 times.

I have reinstalled the game 4 times!!!

maybe there is someone who can help me

Connection error always when multiplay game with friend invite on gears of war 4.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

I have two xboxone in the room. One is xboxone X (I play), the other is xboxone S (friend plays).

1. I and friend launch gears of war 4 on each xboxone.

2. I send friend invite. (I am host.)

3. Friend accepts my invitation.

4. We start social quick match together.

5. In the middle of playing a match, connection error occurs ALWAYS, and screen go back to main menu!!!

*No error at all without friend invite.

*PUBG is also same.

 

In any of these attempts, did you power-cycle the console using this procedure:

-With the console powered on, press and hold the power button on the face of the console.

-Continue holding it until it shuts itself down (this can take about 10 seconds at most).

-After waiting for about 15-20 seconds, restart the console and try again.

If you get the exact same error, it may be time to try something a bit more drastic, but let's try this first.
