Boa noite, guys. Tranquilidade?

Então, é o seguinte.

Gostaria de uma ajuda, tenho um problema no meu PUBG, há exatamente um mês. Onde o jogo simplesmente não abre, ele trava antes de chegar no Lobby! E, só acontece isso com esse jogo. Gente, o que eu faço? O jogo atualizou hoje, esperava que ele fosse abrir,
e não abre!! Tô muito decepcionado com isso, nunca tive problemas com a plataforma, e nesse meu primeiro episódio, não posso jogar um dos meus jogos favoritos. Um amigo comentou comigo que pode ser interferência da cobrança do cartão na minha assinatura do
Game Pass Ultimate. Como vcs podem me ajudar em relação a isso?

Já fiz de tudo, desinstalei o jogo e já reinstalei ele umas 6 vezes, já formatei o console, zerei e nada. Já limpei o cache diversas vezes também, e NADA!

Alguém já passo por isso?

So, here's the thing.

subscription. How can you help me with this?

I've done everything, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it about 6 times, formatted the console, finished it and nothing. I've cleared the cache several times too, and NOTHING!

Does anyone already go through this?]

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

Did you purchase the game to own or did you download the game through your Game Pass Ultimate subscription? If you don't own the game and your Ultimate subscription is not paid for, then you won't be able to launch PUBG. Check your subscriptions online to
make sure it is active: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If your subscription is active or if you own the game, then while the Xbox is on, go ahead and do a hard
reset and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down. Once the Xbox is off, remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and
wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the power button on the console to force a hard reset and then removing the power cable are both important steps.

Do you get an error code when the game crashes to the home screen?

Fala Diego, tudo bem? Vou tentar fazer esse procedimento que você citou. E não, meu jogo foi comprado um dia após o lançamento, bem antes de existir o Game pass. Entao, nao sei porque esse problema. E completando, não recebo nenhum código de erro quando
acontece... Ele simolesmente abre, e na tela de carregamento pra entrar no Lobby, o jogo trava e fecha

I appreciate your response. I have submitted a support ticket with PUBG. Are you positive its on PUBG’s end? Isnt xbox gamehub controlled by xbox?

The way I see it Xbox draws player stats from PUBG API and adds new games, wins and kills to xbox gamehub. But for nearly 800 matches (400hours of my life) to be rolled back, it would have to be an error on xbox side
