Just renewed my Gold and the only game that doesn't allow me to play online is pubg. It just tells me to get a gold membershipp

Parental control wont let me get online

My Xbox 360 is requiring me to accept a new terms and agreement but it is saying that a parent has to do it. I'm now 19 but the account was made when i was 14, 5 years ago. At the time my uncle helped me set it up. I have never needed parental permission
before but now i need the password to be able to agree to the conditions. Neither I nor my uncle remember the password as it hasn't been used in 5 years. There is no password recovery option and now I can not sign on to xbox live due to this issue. How can
I get/change the password

You should be able to retrieve your password right here on Xbox.com. If you need further assistance I would call 1-800-4MY-Xbox and they should be able to walk you through it. Just be sure to have all the needed information regarding the account at your
disposal when you call.

Were you on PUBG at the time of redeeming the membership? Maybe try closing the game and booting back up.

Sometimes a hard reset of the console will fix subscription issues like the one you're describing.

Just hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10-15 seconds until it turns off. Then turn the Xbox and your controller back on. You should see a green Xbox loading screen, if not you did not fully shut down the Xbox.

To change your Xbox LIVE account to an adult account

On your Xbox 360 console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the account that you want to change.

Go to the Settings hub and select Account.

Select Promote Child Account in the Your Information panel.

Note Promote Child Account will only be available if the date of birth for the account indicates that you have reached adult age for your country or region.

If you are prompted to sign out of a current game session, select yes.

On the Promote your current Xbox LIVE child account to an adult account screen, select Continue.

Notes

If you are a member of an Xbox LIVE Family Pack subscription, you will also be removed from the Family Pack by making this change.

Steps 6 through 9 apply only to accounts that are currently billed to a credit or debit card. If your account has a prepaid subscription, go to step 10.

On the To promote your account, replace the credit card that is associated with the account with a new card or payment method screen, select Continue.

Note The same credit card can be used again. However, the credit card details must be re-entered.

Enter the name, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, and verification code for the replacement credit card, and then select Next.

Enter the billing address, city, state, and postal code for your credit card, and then select Next.

Verify your contact information, and then select Done.

Accept the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement.

On the Your Xbox LIVE account is now an adult account… screen, select Done.

Note If your Xbox LIVE account does not change to an adult account, try signing out and then back in again.
