PUBG WILL NOT INSTALL ON Y XBOX......

So i recently purchased PUBG last week, i was able download and play the game for the entire week. well over the course of the weekend when i tried to install the update. The game froze at 20% completion, ever since then i have tried all of the troubleshooting
methods and none have worked. i even hard reset my xbox, tried installing to a different HDD. nothing has worked. now when i try to reinstall the game it stops at 2.8% and will not resume when i click the resume button..... I'm at my wits end here...does anyone
have any insight on this or faced a similar problem... thanks.

Pubg wont start or amygame after it updated

why won't pubg or any game load on my xbox? After pubg updated this is really annoying and contacted xbox but they keep saying hit pubg and I just want to play my xbox whtdo I do? I've reinstalled uninstalled rest wipe my console clean etc and still nothing

Hi!

Have you tried to clear the cache by holding the power button for 10 secs? After, remove the saves locally (not in Cloud) and to try again to update the game.

Sounds like you might have a bit of a network error.

Are you able to try the install wired and on wifi?

Let's have you run through all the steps on the
install troubleshooter to ensure everything is alright with the console.

Post back and let us know how that and the steps DominumStige provided go!

Also, could you post your current NAT type and MTU?

this has happened to me before man, might work for you might not, but I just uninstalled it all completely, cleared my internet cache hard reset my Xbox then installed it again. It all worked fine... Hope it works for you bro
