Pubg White Screen bug

I've had no problems with this game besides rubber banding at the beginning of the game , but this change on the 22nd and now whenever I load into pubg on my xbox one x after pressing a on the start screen it becomes white. I've also checked reddit etc.
while there are quite a few cases no one has found a definite answer for them besides the things below.

Yes I Have Done:

1.Hard Reset

2.Reset

3.Its not the ISP( no problems with the UPnP)

4.Went offline then back on

Hopefully I won't have to wait until the next patch or else I'm just dropping the game.

White screen for pubg

I have been playing this game for a little bit now, but all the sudden I've been getting a white screen that says loading lobby, but it doesn't go past that no matter how long I wait. Not sure what to do, but I really want to play.

Infinite Loading Screen Xbox One

I bought PUBG upon release and it has worked fine up until a few days ago, After I finished a match the screen went white. I quit the game and restarted, then after pressing A on the title screen the game just goes to the same white screen. This has been
going on for over 48 hours. Does anyone know how to fix it?

hate to say this however delete the game and reinstall, your purchase history will show you own the game so install will be fine.

also please check the region your connecting to and also i find if your not capturing it runs better.. good luck

I have had similar issues to that along with the issue when trying to ready up where it makes you go back to the title screen.

Apart from the usual bugs, packet loss, ping spikes etc...PUBG has been working fine for me the past several days. AFAIK there has been no maintenance window recently. The problem may be on the XBL side of things as I have seen that token issue mentioned
in the past and at the time there may have been some XBL service issues.

I don't know if the Dashboard team review issues posted here on the forum or if the Microsoft support agents forward relevant issues for follow-up to the applicable teams. If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft Dashboard team directly
for troubleshooting etc even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app. Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select
Add new problem, then select Game as the category, then PUBG as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description of the issue as it may help speed up getting the problem resolved.
