    PUBG Update (Loading screen then straight to Xbox Home screen)


    Anyone figure this out yet? I press the Game to load... it goes to the Home loading screen PUBG then 5 seconds later it sends me to my Xbox home so...

    *Turn Xbox Off then On ... nothing

    *Do Hard Reset ... nothing

    *Unplug completely and let sit for an hour ... nothing

    *Unplug Router ... nothing

    *Uninstall and Reinstall ... nothing

    *Download PUBG Test Server ... nothing (does the exact same thing)

    *Contact PUBG Support ... 2 days later nothing

    *Contact Microsoft Support ... tells me they can't do anything (after telling them all I have done to fix the problem)

    All other games work fine and will load and play just not this one which is the one my husband and I play when he is gone for weeks at a time and I would like to enjoy playing my games with my husband specially this one.... mostly when he finds time out
    of his busy day and has time to relax.

    So.... Microsoft what is your plan to fix my problem, I have a product that does not work and both Game designers and Microsoft are of no help... all my other friends are playing with no problem. I have spent 4 days dealing with this trying to figure it
    out and not bother you guys if the problem was an easy fix... so I come to you and you guys just say "Oh... well we can't help you" the support Admin I got did NOTHING to help me basically told me to go kick rocks. 4 Days.... and I cannot play games I have
    paid for and I am very unhappy with the support and aid I have received my conversation with the "Support" lasted less than 5 min.

    For 3 days I have been getting this error code "0x87e10bea" on xbox one. Everytime I try to start up PUBG I see the loading screen and then everything goes black, then back to xbox home. On here it tells me this error code doesn't exist but it shows up on
    my console, I have hard reset and uninstalled and reinstalled PUBG. Any help?

    New Fable III update?

    Same here .. update has broken the game... Xbox 360 loading screen crashes and back to main home screen... Does MS see this?

    I just came in ordered the xbox to start, then checked notifications (home screen was on messages). Ordered it to go to AC4 and it just loaded the game exactly where I was last night, No front screen, no loading screen, just bang ready to play! I don't

    It boots straight to the home screen. Once i clear the message the xbox works normal. No issues with loading/playing games or anything.

    its fine, I generally don't play the "home-screen" game that much anyway, I log on and load straight into a game.
