    PUBG troubleshooting issues


    I just purchased playerunknown's battlegrounds. I cannot access the game it tells me that the account already exists. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Any ideas?

    Troubleshooting Odd Issues...?

    First of all, I'd like to say I'm pretty sure I own one of the oldest working (somewhat) original Xbox. Year 2002! WOO.

    Anyhow, its starting to have issues, which is to be expected, especially seeing as it tripled its estimated life.

    The problems:

    1.) The power button does nothing. Literally. Nothing.
    2.) The CD Open/Close button does all functions. This includes, in this order (per push): Turns on console and opens tray, closes tray, opens tray, closes tray and turns off xbox.
    3.) First time this happen to me, it randomly turned off. I played for a good 30 minutes or so flawlessly, and all of a sudden it just turns off as if I unplugged it.


    I'm hoping this is something that can be fixed. I know the system inside and out, and just need to know what the issue(s) might be so I can replace or repair the system.

    How do you fix error code 0x89234013?

    We both got on with Microsoft support and talked to 4 different agents. None has resolved the issue yet. All troubleshooting steps have not fixed the issue.

    Your internet is fine, but the connection to Xbox Live might have a problem. I'd recommend running this troubleshooter, which will

    check your connections to Xbox Live    .

    It's also possible that it's an issue on the PUBG side, which I might also direct you to check out, and possibly submit a ticket to the
    PUBG Support page.

    Let us know if the network troubleshooting steps don't help resolve your issue and we will check for some other troubleshooting steps to try!
