PUBG trava antes de ir p/ o Menu inicial

Boa tarde, inicio o jogo aperto o botão A para ir para o menu inicial e ele trava, tipo congela o jogo na foto do inicio. Já desinstalei e instalei não resolveu, redefini meu mantendo os jogos e não resolveu também.

Forza Horizon 2 trava e faz barulho(GwG)

Detalhes:Abro o Forza Horizon 2,que baixei do Games with Gold de agosto,depois de uns segundos o jogo trava e começa um barulho estranho,depois disso,simplesmente volta pra hub inicial do Xbox One...Alguém sabe como resolver esse problema?Me
ajudem por favor...

comprei batman arkham origins de xbox 360 para o xbox one

pois o mesmo a pouco tempo ficou disponivel. são dois cds

o primeiro é a campanha e etc...

o segundo cd possui o pacote de audio,com ele posso jogar o jogo dublado

quando coloco o primeiro cd e vo no menu do mesmo

eu clico em instalar pacote de audio e pede para mim inserir o segundo cd,só que antes mesmo de eu inserir o segundo cd

aparece um erro

instalador:idioma estrangeiro

impossivel carregar dados de idioma estrangeiro

nisso o console volta automaticamente na tela inicial

alguém pode me ajudar
