PUBG stats rolled back on Xbox gamehub

I appreciate your response. I have submitted a support ticket with PUBG. Are you positive its on PUBG’s end? Isnt xbox gamehub controlled by xbox?

The way I see it Xbox draws player stats from PUBG API and adds new games, wins and kills to xbox gamehub. But for nearly 800 matches (400hours of my life) to be rolled back, it would have to be an error on xbox side

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the missing stats, have you tried to

Remove and Re-add the profile from your console to see if that resolves the issue? If so, what other troubleshooting have you tried when trying to remedy the issue on your side?

Microsoft does not track all those stats bluehole does you would need to pursue this with them. Bear in mind that things do happen in data centers and they could have had to roll-back a server to a backup copy or experienced some other form of data loss.

I have just sttempted to fix it by removing and re-adding this profile on my xbox with no results. What other troubleshooting would you suggest?

I am under the assumption this is not an issue I can fix on my end as it is simply data drawn from xbox servers

I did contact your team via chat, telephone, through these forums and through the insider hub as well as PUBG support but so far ive received nothing but generic replies.

This error meant over 12 days of gameplay were removed from my overall record which is pretty aggravating.
