I bought the

xbox one x on day 28, and I do not have the code to download the PUBG, I

contacted the support service on the 29th and they asked me for a photo

of the purchase ticket (I sent it immediately), and they have not yet answered, how long will it take to answer?

I live in the Canary Islands and the console was sold out until

mid-January, I had to buy it in Madrid and send it by mail to the Canary

Islands (at the end the console cost me € 500 + € 30 shipping)

PUBG promotion

Hi, I bought an Xbox One X yesterday, along with a copy of PUBG (digital code from retailer). I have since found out that I would have been eligible for a free copy of the game. I have spoken to one of your reps via the chat and he confirmed my eligibility,
but would not issue a refund for the game, and has directed me here. How do I move this forward to get a refund/credit applied to my account?

Hey madeinjersey! Where did you purchase the console from? Different retailers may deliver the game with different methods. Post back and let us know!

 

You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they are participating in the promotion and for assistance in getting the game if they are.

 

I spoke with the support service, and they told me to send them a photo

Actually phone/chat support don't handle promotions so they generally don't help with them. I'm surprised they did ask for photos.
