    That's the end date for redemption given by PUBG Co. Promo was between 19/Oct/2018 till 2/Oct/2018 (last day you can claim it).

    Anyway, no worries. I've contacted support one final time and they were unaware of any promo at all and I had to show chat transcripts from past convo's with live support agents. Refund has been issued.

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they are participating in the promotion and for assistance with getting the game if they are.

    Actually, I was told by dell (and Xbox phone and chat support) it was a Microsoft promotion, and that the game came as a code on a card (rather than something to be added to the cart). I was told by Xbox phone support to specifically ask for this code on
    the forum. Do you work at Microsoft?
