    Hi there, please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console.

    Also, when at the main menu within PUBG, if you look at the bottom right of your screen where it lists the region you're trying to play in, have you selected the region that most closely matches where you're located?
