    Hello,

    I'am french ! I have buy the xBox One X to replace my Fat Xbox One.

    Great machine !!! but i have 2 problems :-(

    On Microsoft Store, i've seen many times : xBox One X buy = Free PUBG !

    But i've not PUBG :-( I've not receveid any code to unlock it...

    Second, i've not found the Kinect connector ???

    Bought thinking I could use kinect and get PUBG, but apparently not. The Kinect is a different rant, I just want to know if I qualify for the code of pubg (the phone tech agrees that I qualify).

    Did not receive PUBG code

    You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from about PUBG. Generally you had to purchase the game at the same time as the console and it would show as free. Not all retailers were participating in the offer though.

    1. The offer for a free copy of PUBG is available in "select regions", and the promotion lasts until December 31st. I would contact
    Xbox Support (phone or chat) to see if they are able to provide you a code.

    2. The USB Kinect adapter has notoriously been out of stock in many places. As a result, people are scalping any remaining units at ridiculous prices. It is currently
    unknown when Microsoft (or its authorized retailers) will be restocked with more adapters.

    Same here! Kinect is in the main large living area and getting replaced with the X, but now can't use the kinect! In addition like the author, I thought PUBg was included (purchased from Costco) so I expected all easy transition. Now the daughter is angry
    that she cant play her games and my son is disappointed that he cant play pubg. Should I return and buy an older system?

    The kinect adapter is no longer available, only ones floating around stores for an insane amount. you would need an adapter to use kinect on the S and X variants of console.
