Discus and support PUBG keeps telling me to buy xbox live gold, although i already have it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since today i cant play PUBG anymore.     Since today i cant play PUBG anymore. Like i said, PUBG keeps telling me to buy xbox live gold, although i already have it.

    Any solutions?

    Xbox live subscription not working

    hello microsoft. Yesterday i purchased a 3 month gold membership at the xbox store. But it still wont let me play multiplayer. It keeps telling me to buy gold when i already have. Can you Fix it. Thanks.

    Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

    My gold membership don't work. When I use the 14 day xbox gold it says I already have gold membership, so I'm confused it won't let me play bf4 or FIFA 14 multiplayer a on xbox one. I usually buy 1 month gold just don't know why it's happening to me. Keeps
    telling me I got gold but won't let me go on multiplayer a it keeps saying I need gold even when it's telling me I got gold I'm confused?????

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then delete your gamertag from the console power cycle again and then redownload your tag.

    to whomever reading this

    buying the console and the game still need xbox live gold membership to play that game which i paid already on the console which i already bought. for free games that might make sense but for paid games it is such wrong. bought pubg and black desert online.
    as my live gold membership expired i am not able to play the games bought. refund my games or let me play them. live prices are like 4 times expensive then PS plus and believe me offer nothing then in game chat. which can be done over Skype for free. if i
    find someone who wants to buy i will sell my xbox and get over with it. no wonder everyone told me not to buy xbox. sadly all came true. xbox is only after money.
    You can play the game without gold. Gold is only required for on-line play. However games such as PUBG are pretty much on-line only, so yes, you would need a gold account to enjoy the full title. This is the same situation you would have with Playstation
    or Nintendo. As an FYI, Microsoft also owns Skype, in case you were not aware.

    in General everything shorter than 1month does not Show up as subscription, because it is considered Trial Gold - you wont have Access to games with Gold or deals with Gold.

    was your 2day pass bundled with your console or with a game?

    in case of console it is expected to run every app and game.

    in case of game, it is only supposed to start that specific game.

    and last Thing: please use xbox one boards instead of xbox360 :)
