    Hi, Could you help me? I tried to play with PUBG, but it wrote I need to update. I updated yesterday and I can't do it again. Assist suggested I need to uninstall and then reinstall. Now I can't reinstall because it wrote code:0x80070570,

    And this:

    Sorry, we cannot launch this

    The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and then reistalling

    What does it mean????

    Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? Or maybe reset your cache on your xbox by holding in the power button for 10 seconds?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work then delete the game and factory reset the console. When everything's set up again redownload the game.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work then delete the game and factory reset the console. When everything's set up again redownload the game.

    hate to say this however delete the game and reinstall, your purchase history will show you own the game so install will be fine.

    also please check the region your connecting to and also i find if your not capturing it runs better.. good luck
