    1. Hi, can someone help me with my problem please?

    I bought the game playerunknown´s battlegrounds (PUBG), when the download of the game finished I enter to the game and when I start the game (it doesn´t matter if its alone or in a squad) It appears a countdown and when it reaches
    1 the screen freezes and returns to the beginning of xbox what can i do ?

    please if someone know how can I resolve this problem plis answer this message or send me a message to the gamertag:

    Pubg ERROR

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work then delete the game and factory reset the console. When everything's set up again redownload the game.

    What does it mean????

    Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? Or maybe reset your cache on your xbox by holding in the power button for 10 seconds?

    hate to say this however delete the game and reinstall, your purchase history will show you own the game so install will be fine.

    also please check the region your connecting to and also i find if your not capturing it runs better.. good luck
