    PUBG doesn't recognize new GOLD memb


    I just purchased a new Xbone tonight.Bought a 12mo Gold membership. Purchased a code for PUBG at GameStop.Setup membership, used PUBG code and downloaded it.Tried to access but doesn't recognize that I have a GOLD account.New Xbox please help me!!

    Hi im a gold family member and Xbox live's my achievements doesn't recognize me as a gold member. What do i do?

    I have been a member since September, but there are no rewards being banked. It also doesn't recognize my gold account. What gives?

    Did the membership redeem okay when you entered it? I would also try signing out and back in from the profile.

    A game doesn't recognize whether a player has a trial or paid Gold subscription. Perhaps the individual you're trying to play with doesn't have Gold?
